We have changed our camping sites & camping cabin rate structure for 2008 in our effort to ease your planning decisions. All camping rates are based upon a 4 person occupancy.

One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a bunk bed and a pull out is in the living area. Three season porch. Satellite Hi Def. TV Rates include: tax, occupancy of 4, ramp/dock fees, visitors up to 4 hrs. NO SMOKING IN THIS CABIN.

NO SMOKING IN THIS CABIN.

We no longer accept pets in Red Pine, White Pine and Garden View cottages. We have experienced significant damages due to unattended pets and can no longer allow pets in these units. We do have listings for area kennels if you would like to board your pet locally.
Pets in kennels, be it outdoor or indoor are not allowed, period. No pets means no pets.

Deposits

Campsites Deposit: Stay of 2 days or less: $25.00 Stay of 3 or more days: $50.00 Call for deposit fee on all cabins. All reservations must be held with a deposit. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and debit card are accepted. Checks are accepted with prior approval. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable (less a $10 handling fee) when proper notice is given up to three weeks prior to occupancy. Cancellations made three weeks or less will have their deposits refunded if the site or cabin is re-booked (minus the $10.00 fee). It is understandable that situations arise that can cause the abrupt cancellation of a reservation, however no shows are taken very seriously. Please keep in mind that a no show will be charged the full dollar amount of the reservation.	Prices subject to change without notice unless confirmed.
CHECK IN IS AT 2 PM, CHECK OUT IS NO LATER THAN 12 NOON ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cabin
Weekends have a 2 day minimum. Holiday weekends have a 3 day minimum. Site occupancy is based upon a 4 person occupancy. Additional persons are $10.00/night. Age 3 and under are free.

Guest Policies:
One vehicle per site. There is ample parking in the guest parking lot. No boat trailer parking on sites. Trailers are parked in the trailer lot. Please no personal watercraft, due to neighborhood issues. Cottages/Pets in kennels, be it outdoor or indoor are not allowed. No pets means no pets. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and are responsible for any damages to the resort or property of others. Visitors are welcome. All visitors MUST Register in the office. There is a vistor fee for those staying more than 4 hours. Quiet hours are between 10 pm. and 8 am. We ask that you refrain from loud conversation or music during those times. We are a family establishment and appreciate your cooperation. Off road vehicles are welcome. In and out driving only Guests are responsible for cleaning up their site prior to departure. Trash and recycling areas are close to all sites. WE RECYCLE !!!!! A complete recycling is located near the garbage area. All cans, glass, paper and plastics are accepted. Recycling bags are available at the office. One RV/tent/camper per site only. Check out is no later than 12 PM on the day of departure, no exceptions.
Visitors:
You are always welcome to have visitors. Visiting hours are from 8 am until 10 pm. And all visitors must check in at the office. It is the responsibility of the guest of Ruttgers Pine Mountain Camping Resort to notify all visitors of the policies and visitors fee.
Pet Policy:
We are happy to host your pets too!! Please keep your pet on a leash at all times and do not leave unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets as well as any damages or injury to other guests, their property or the grounds Please note: For Cottages only: Pets in kennels, be it outdoor or indoor are not allowed, period. No pets means no pets.
